ESET has announced a new suite of products for the Telecommunications and Internet Service Provider (Telco and ISP) industry.
Cybercrime is a borderless problem and ESET telemetry shows that the volume of cyberattacks is increasing, with a trend toward attacks against smartphones.
ESET has released a solution that provides a one-click service activation from the users’ trusted internet provider and automatically provide protection to any connected device.
ESET Australia Country Manager Kelly Johnson says that recent years have seen consumers face a changing online threat environment and ISPs and Teclos, and cybersecurity solutions, need to adapt too. “We’ve seen from our own research in Australia how both children and parents have had to deal with some complex online environments in terms of threats and we think our NetProtect offering provides an easy-to-use and elegant solution to how to deal with the evolving online environments, both for the Telco and ISP sector, and for their customers.”
Johnson says consumers want both easy to use solutions, but also to have control over how they use those solutions. “NetProtect provides both industry-leading internet security available via a single click and control via a management portal.
