The first public hearing on the Telecommunication and Other Legislation Amendment (Assistance and Access) Bill 2018 will be held on 19th of October in Canberra, with representations from tech companies, telecommunications carriers and user groups.
Additional hearings will be held in late October or early November.
The Committee will continue to accept submissions as part of its review of the Bill.
