Australia’s Department of Defence (DoD) has appointed cybersecurity and managed security services provider Trustwave to its Information Communications Technology Provider Arrangement (ICTPA) panel. Trustwave says its new role opens new avenues for the company to provide cybersecurity services to defence and intelligence agencies.

“Trustwave’s appointment to the ICTPA panel will enable defence and intelligence agencies to leverage its sovereign, high-quality, and flexible cybersecurity capabilities,” said Asia Pacific General Manager Jason Whyte. “This opportunity solidifies our commitment to delivering exceptional cybersecurity services and reinforces our role as a key player in protecting Australia’s national interests.”

The ICTPA panel is an DoD initiative that enables it to streamline the procurement process for top-tier technology and cybersecurity solutions. Trustwave says its inclusion in this panel underscores its reputation as a trusted national security and cybersecurity partner.

The company says its robust industry insight and extensive connections across national security, cybersecurity, and government technology sectors uniquely position it to support the DoD. Trustwave says its appointment to the ICTPA panel not only highlights its capabilities, but also sets a new benchmark for excellence in the cybersecurity industry.

“We will continue to commit to supporting defence and intelligence agencies in protecting Australia and its national interests,” said Whyte.
