Sektor has signed a distribution partnership with hybrid identity security specialist Semperis, expanding its cybersecurity portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Under the agreement, Sektor will distribute Semperis’ identity-focused cyber resilience and crisis response products through its partner network, targeting protection and recovery for Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
The companies positioned the agreement against a broader industry focus on identity security, with identity systems increasingly targeted in attacks and treated as critical infrastructure for access control and business continuity.
“Our partnership with Semperis is a big step forward in how we deliver identity security,” said David Long, GM Cybersecurity at Sektor. “We’re seeing a clear shift toward protecting the ‘crown jewels’ of Active Directory, IDPs, and identity systems, which are now the primary control point for security. Semperis helps harden these environments and enables fast, coordinated recovery, so when something goes wrong, organisations can contain the impact and get critical systems back up and running quickly.”
Semperis said the arrangement would support its regional channel reach. “Expanding our presence across ANZ through this distribution agreement with Sektor further strengthens hybrid identity resilience and cyber crisis response for organisations in the region,” said Lincoln Goldsmith, Director of Channels & Alliances, Asia Pacific & Japan. “By partnering with Sektor, we’re making it easier for enterprises across ANZ to prepare for, withstand, and rapidly recover from identity-based attacks.”
For channel partners, the deal adds another specialist vendor option in the identity resilience segment, an area that has drawn increased attention as organisations look to reduce downtime and limit lateral movement risks associated with compromised identity platforms.
