Kinetic IT has appointed Kishore Jayaram as its new chief transformation officer, creating the role as the company pursues growth and develops what it describes as “sovereign, AI-enabled” technology services.
The company said the executive position would focus on expanding market presence through new sovereign digital services, strengthening partnerships, and modernising existing offerings, including the use of AI and emerging technologies. Kinetic IT framed the shift as an evolution from its managed services base toward a broader services portfolio.
Jayaram, who is based in Melbourne, brings more than 20 years’ experience across strategy, consulting and commercial leadership, according to the company. His previous roles include positions at McKinsey & Company, Cisco, Accenture, and Thoughtworks. Most recently, he worked as strategy and growth lead at NCS Australia, where Kinetic IT said he helped shape strategy and an AI transformation agenda after NCS consolidated into a national organisation of 1,300 staff.
In a statement, Kinetic IT chief executive officer Dean Langenbach said the company was investing in new capabilities and growth initiatives, and that Jayaram’s “experience in enterprise transformation and strategic execution” would support the company’s plans.
Jayaram said Kinetic IT was at a point where it could “fundamentally reshape” its trajectory, adding that the focus would be on “scaling new sovereign, AI-enabled solutions” for customers.
Kinetic IT said the appointment was effective immediately.
