SentinelOne has appointed Shabeel Shah as Channel Director for Australia, New Zealand and APJ Distribution, tasking him with expanding the company’s reseller and distribution partner ecosystem across the region.
The company said Shah is returning to SentinelOne and brings channel and partner development experience across the cybersecurity sector, including leadership roles at Obsidian Security and Arrow Electronics.
In the role, Shah will focus on growing SentinelOne’s partner network across ANZ and APJ and supporting partner enablement through the company’s PartnerOne programme.
The appointment comes as vendors and partners increase focus on how artificial intelligence is affecting both cyber threats and defensive capabilities, with channel strategies increasingly centred on managed services, integration and commercial incentives.
SentinelOne said it protects more than 1,000 organisations across ANZ and listed Amazon Web Services, DXC Technology and Orro Group among its regional partners.
