Kinetic IT has appointed Jacqui Adams as its new Head of Digital Transformation and National Services, adding senior leadership to the company’s efforts to modernise service delivery and strengthen national operating capability.
Adams has more than two decades of experience across enterprise strategy, digital transformation, AI and automation, and major program governance. She has worked across Defence, Services Australia, the National Intelligence Community, KPMG and other critical sectors, overseeing transformation portfolios valued at up to $1.4 billion and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, geographically dispersed environments.
In her new role, Adams will oversee Kinetic IT’s digital platforms, national service frameworks, shared services and transformation programs. The company said the position focuses on simplifying service practices, improving alignment across jurisdictions and ensuring delivery models scale with changing customer expectations.
Murray Thompson, Group Executive for Advisory and Transformation at Kinetic IT, said Adams brings experience in strategic transformation, service design and operating model uplift, noting her background in national security and enterprise technology environments.
Adams’ previous roles include senior executive work at Services Australia, where she led initiatives in automation, AI and ethics, as well as advisory positions shaping organisational design and transformation strategies for Defence and national security agencies. She has also delivered major operating model reforms within professional services and large enterprise environments.
She said her focus will be on strengthening national frameworks, refining service delivery approaches and supporting teams across the country as Kinetic IT continues to expand its national capability.
Adams holds an NV2 security clearance and has completed executive education in AI, disruptive strategy, scaled agile and systems thinking through Australian National University, Harvard Business School and the University of Sydney.
Kinetic IT said the appointment supports its long-term strategy to enhance operational performance, invest in digital modernisation and deliver consistent services at national scale.
