One of Australia’s leading customer experience experts joins Empired

Empired has announced the appointment of Rob Weaver, one of Australia’s leading customer experience experts, as a customer experience and digital strategist.

Rob brings significant expertise in both customer experience and digital transformation to help Empired’s customers reimagine their end-to-end customer experience.

Rob joins Empired from VERSA Agency, one of the largest independent agencies in Australia, where as customer experience director, he led the strategy, UX and creative teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across a suite of touchpoints, including the emerging channel of voice as part of a branded service offering.

Prior to VERSA Agency, Rob worked as the customer experience lead at the Movember Foundation. This involved tying together cross functional teams to either design the fundraising supporter journey or generate products and services that made life easier for those needing help in times of adversity.
