Tesserent has announced the strategic acquisition of Beyond Binary.
Beyond Bimary is a firm specialising in the provision of security related services, including penetration testing, red team engagements, adversary/attack simulation and associated security consulting services.
The consideration for the acquisition of Beyond Binary is approximately A$7m, which is payable in tranches and subject to certain standard adjustments.
Tesserent says the completion of the acquisition is subject to a number of conditions precedent and is expected to complete by mid October 2023.
